Refunds
A full refund is issued where you were charged twice, or where we are unable to produce your report. Other situations are considered individually.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Checking your figures
Your report is built from the figures you enter, so they are shown back to you in full before you pay. It is worth checking them carefully before you continue.
