What this service is
The Industry Guide is a free look at how buyers tend to view businesses in one industry.
The Buyer's First Look goes a step further. It uses the three years of revenue you enter, along with the benchmarks we use for that industry, to show how a buyer may first look at your business.
What this service is not
Neither is a formal valuation, an appraisal, or a broker opinion of value. Nothing produced by this service should be relied upon for litigation, tax, estate, lending, or any third-party purpose.
It is not an accounting engagement, and it is not the provision of CPA services.
Actual earnings, customer agreements, licenses, equipment, obligations, leases, insurance, taxes and compliance requirements must be reviewed separately.

Your report is based on the revenue figures you enter. We use those figures as provided and do not independently verify them.
